Arne Slot is currently having a good spell at Netherlands. Feyenoord are confirmed to finish second in Eredivisie. While talking about Liverpool, the Dutch manager also said that he was watching the match between Liverpool and Tottenham before their game. Slot seems to have enjoyed the game. Even though he was not able to watch full match, he enjoyed the opener from Mohamed Salah. He said it was a great goal from Salah. He also praised the Reds for victory. Salah with making a good run and timming his header perfectly opened the scoring for Liverpool. The Reds went on to score 3 more and won 4-2 against Spurs. Every manager would like to have player like Salah who has been very consistent for Liverpool over the years. Arne Slot, who has already seen the quality of Egyptian international, would like to be his attacking leader.
Arne Slot talking about his future said that he would like to manage Liverpool. He said he has made that choice for himself according to The Mirror. Arne Slot who had a offer from Tottenham last season which he turned down, now seems to be taking charge of Anfield.
Mohamed Salah’s future with The Reds
Mohamed Salah who has been the main man in attacking for Liverpool since his arrival will be out of his contract in the next season. The 31 year old winger has 18 goals and 10 assists in 30 Premier League appearances this season. Recently he was seem to be having an argument with Kloop on the touchline. Kloop however has confirmed that it was nothing serious. Both seem to have moved on from that incident and Salah was seen back with his magic against Spurs. Liverpool will be looking to either extend his contract or part ways with him this season. The Reds won’t like to let their star player leave for free. The current form of Egyptian international may surely earn him a contract expansion soon.
