In the pre-season tour, one of the hot friendly clash is to be held on 28thJuly in the US. The Manchester United boys will face their old rivals in front of a huge crowd, Arteta’s men for the first time this season.

The USA Tour squad for the Red Devils has been announced, and it does not include Tyrell Malacia, who missed all of last season due to a serious knee injury. He will remain at the Carrington training complex to continue rehabilitation. One player who is making the trip is Rasmus Hojlund, who has now completed his post 2024 European championship holiday.

The striker, having just served on international duty with Denmark, will wear the No. 9 shirt this season, having wore #11 during his debut season at United. The shirt number had been left vacant by the departure of Anthony Martial.

Arsenal right-back Takehiro Tomiyasu misses the club’s tour of the USA after suffering a knee injury. The club’s medical staff have yet to determine the severity of the issue. He is now a doubt for the start of the new season.

The 26-man squad did not include Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, Aaron Ramsdale, David Raya, and William Saliba. They continue to rest after their efforts at Euro 2024 in Germany. But Gabriel, Gabriel Martinelli and Kai Havertz will have linked up before this game.
