According to reports, Newcastle United will seal the signing of Sandro Tonali today. This is after the Magpies agreed a 80 million transfer fee with AC Milan. The player also agreed personal terms with the Premier League giants. Tonali initially had doubts over agreeing personal terms. However, he agreed to personal terms after AC Milan showed willingness to sell him for the right price.
Newcastle United medical team and other important club officials will now travel to Romania. Tonali will have his medical in Romania. The midfielder is currently Italy U-21 team participating in the Euro U-21’s. Tonali’s agent will also arrive in Romania to complete the deal. Hence, it looks like Eddie Howe has finally got first part of the puzzle early in this summer transfer window.
THE MAGPIES WILL NOW HOPE TO SIGN A LEFT-BACK AND AN ATTACKING MIDFIELDER
