Arsenal are reportedly hoping to complete four new signings before the pre-season starts. Mikel Arteta is also on board with all the potential signings.

The Gunners are targeting moves for Romeo Lavia, Kai Havertz, Jurrien Timber and Declan Rice. They have also agreed personal terms with all the players.

ARSENAL ARE LOOKING TO HAVE AN EXPLOSIVE START TO THE SUMMER TRANSFER WINDOW

According to reports, Arsenal are hoping to have an explosive start to the summer transfer window. The report also claims that the Gunners want to sign four players before the pre-season starts. Romeo Lavia, Kai Havertz, Jurrien Timber and Declan Rice are the players on the top of the list. The Gunners have also agreed personal terms with the agent and the player.

However, Arsenal have to agree a fee with their current teams. The Gunners had a 2nd bid rejected for Declan Rice. However, they will likely make a 3rd bid. Whereas, the Gunners are close to agreement with Chelsea for Kai Havertz. They are yet to make a bid for Romeo Lavia. However, they will soon make a bid. Whereas, the Gunners also had a 1st bid rejected for Ajax’s Jurrien Timber. The Gunners offered 30 million. However, Ajax want at least 50 million for Timber.

THE GUNNERS ARE GOING ALL TO WIN TROPHIES IN THE UPCOMING SEASON

Arsenal did very well under Mikel Arteta. However, they failed to win the most important matches of the season. Hence, the Gunners also failed to win the Premier League after being on top for most of the season. They also failed to win the Europa League. One of the reason for the failure last season was the lack of squad depth.

Hence, it looks like the Arsenal hierarchy and Mikel Arteta are making sure that they have got more competition in the upcoming season. Declan Rice will add his youthful experience and stability. Whereas, Timber will add competition in the center-back position. Whereas, Lavia is a replacement to a possible outgoing Thomas Partey in the midfield department. Kai Havertz will compete for the starting spot in the attacking department.

Arsenal will seriously become serious title challengers if they manage to sign all of their four signings. Three of them including Lavia, Rice and Havertz also have experience of playing in the Premier League. Hence, the potential new signings should have no problem in settling down in the team.
