Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr. is set to renew a new contract which includes a €1bn (£860m) release clause.
Vini Jr. was instrumental in helping the Los Blancos win the Champions League final, thanks to his lone goal. The player has relished an impressive campaign and is touted to be one of the top players to look out for.
Moreover, the Brazilian international is on the verge of signing a new deal with the club that includes an insane release clause. According to Marca, the club has set a €1bn buy-out clause for the star if a transfer is to happen.
The Madrid ace has become a favourite to many and his overall brand value has increased after the UCL final.
Real Madrid in safe hands
Real Madrid are currently working upon a long-term deal with Vinicius Jr. to keep him at the Bernabeu. President Florentino Perez has begun ideating plans for the long term to build a squad with depth and youngsters.
