Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun. However, the Gunners do not want to sell him cheap.

They have also rejected bids from AS Monaco for the USA striker. Whereas, West Ham are also monitoring his situation closely.

TOTTENHAM AND FOLARIN BALOGUN TRANSFER LINKS FULL STORY

According to reports, Tottenham are showing interest to sign Folarin Balogun. However, the interest is in a very early stage. The reports also claims that Spurs see him as a direct replacement for Harry Kane. However, Spurs have not yet made a bid. They have also not made contacts with his agent. Although, the interest remains in the Gunners striker.

The reports also claim that Tottenham could make a shock bid for the Arsenal. Folarin Balogun does not want to stay with the Gunners. He wants to go to a team that can offer him regular first team football for the rest of his career. Hence, the Gunners are open to selling him for the right price. The interest of West Ham and AS Monaco also remains in the USA striker.

THE PRIORITY STRIKER SIGNING FOR SPURS REMAINS GIFT ORBAN

According to reports, Tottenham top priority striker signing remains Gift Orban. The Nigerian international plays club football Belgian top flight club KAA Gent. However, the Belgian giants continue to ask for a fee in the region of 25-30 million. The Spurs have received a 100 million transfer fee guaranteed from the sale of Harry Kane to Bayern Munich.

Hence, Tottenham will not have any problems in the paying the fee for Gift Orban. Gift Orban is also open to the move to the Premier League giants. The Spurs need a new striker signing. This is also because they currently only have Richarlison as their recognised striker. The Spurs have also signed Argentina U-20 striker Alejo Veliz from Rosario Central. However, Spurs want to let him develop with the youth team.

Tottenham played well against Brentford in the 2-2 draw in their first Premier League this season. However, they fluffed chances to score and win the game. Hence, signing a new striker is the priority for the striker this summer transfer window.
