Man City is rumoured to sign more big names in the closing moments of the January transfer window.

Manchester City appears to be comparatively quiet in this transfer window amidst links with several big moves. Even with Ferran Torres’ move to FC Barcelona, Pep is happy to put faith in the group of players currently at his disposal.

The Cityzens are currently the favourites to lift the Premier League trophy and are also doing well in other competitions.

The Man City boss is potentially looking to integrate some youngsters into the setup too. Nevertheless, speculation is still going on with regards to City’s potential incoming.

Man City eyes for Dybala and Haaland transfer

As per Mirror are one of the clubs monitoring the situation regarding forward Paulo Dybala and Erling Haaland.

The Argentinian forward is running out of contract at the end of the season. As a result, he is currently free to hold talks with clubs outside of Italy for a free transfer. Juventus is aware of the situation the whole situation. The Italian giants are also looking to sell Dybala with a minimal transfer fee in this window.

Liverpool also seems to be interested but as per reports, City is also said to have taken an interest.

Pep is a big fan of Dybala and he is said to be ready to make an offer. The Cityzens are ready to cash in an annual salary of €10 million to make the switch happen.

On the other hand, Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland is also expected to leave for a new club.

The Norwegian striker has been linked to several top-tier European clubs in recent months. Meanwhile, the Cityzens are considered one of the favourites.

Man City’s recent signing of Julian Alvarez will not prevent City from signing a striker in the summer. They will send him back to Argentina on loan for the remaining campaign after the completion of his signing.

While Alvarez shone for River last season with an incredible 18 goals and six assists in Liga Professional. However, he is not expected to be plugged in and played at the point of the team’s attack in 2022-23.
