Agent ready to send star to Liverpool for £236,000 per week

About Football Express UK

Ansu Fati has been associated with Liverpool for a while, and the most recent media claims are intriguing. The Barcelona star is linked with Liverpool after his performance dip at Barcelona.

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed last month that the Reds had requested specific terms in order to entice the Spanish international away from Barcelona.

More recently, according to a report yesterday from Mundo Deportivo (via The Faithful), Jorge Mendes, Fati’s agent, is willing to send the player to Liverpool and other Premier League clubs.

The La Roja attacker could end up leaving the Catalan giants during the summer transfer window, according to a Spanish news source.

In his starting Lineup for the current season, Xavi Hernandez has primarily chosen wingers like Raphinha and Ousmane Dembele.

Ansu Fati might move to Liverpool

In this case, Fati has mostly just warmed the bench. In 23 league games thus far, he has scored three goals and given out the same number of assists. He has only made nine La Liga starts, though.

Barca president Joan Laporta and director of football Mateu Alemany came to Porto to speak with Mendes about his future.

According to MD, Mendes has already made offers to Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle, and Manchester United for Ansu Fati. The player wants to remain at the Nou Camp but also wants to start frequently.

He dons the renowned No. 10 jersey that formerly worn by club greats Messi and Ronaldinho. The youngster’s current Blaugrana deal, which expires in 2027, pays him almost £236,000 per week, according to Football Transfers.

The seven-cap Spaniard often plays on the left wing, and Klopp already has players at Anfield like Diaz, Nunez, and Gakpo who may be used in that position.
