Arsenal will reportedly receive a fee of 40 million from the sale of Folarin Balogun. Hence, the USA striker is currently having his medical.

The sale is also the biggest sale for the Gunners in the transfer windows. Gunners are also hoping to sell more of their fringe players.

ARSENAL ARE SET TO RECEIVE A MEGA FEE FOR THE USA STRIKER

According to reports, Arsenal will receive a mega transfer fee from the sale of Folarin Balogun. The USA striker will also now join Ligue 1 side AS Monaco after completing his medical. Gunners have also exchanged documents from their side. The Ligue 1 giants will pay a fee of 40 million including the add-ons for Folarin Balogun.

Arsenal also have a sell-on clause in the deal. Hence, the Gunners will profit from his potential future transfer from AS Monaco. The USA striker was one of the highest scorers in Ligue 1 last season with Stad de Reims on loan. Hence, it looks like AS Monaco are willing to spend big on the USA striker this summer transfer window.

Arsenal owners deserve praises for getting such a high fee for Folarin Balogun. They managed to convince Balogun to sign a long-term contract. Hence, the striker signed a contract extension until 2025 in April 2021. Therefore, the Gunners managed to retain his transfer value for the future transfer windows. Therefore , it looks like the Gunners finally cashed in on his value this summer transfer window.
