Emile Smith has been deciding to choose his future with a new team this season. The 23-year-old is finding a place to fit in for 24/25. Arsenal have received offers and bids from their league counterparts Fulham and Crystal Palace to get the midfielder.
Arsenal still looking for a good offer and are not ready to compensate on any price lesser than they have put on the England International.
Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Palace are ‘set to bid’ for Smith Rowe imminently, after Fulham had a proposal rejected by Arsenal earlier this week.
Smith Rowe did not had much football the previous season as he took an injury in the mid season. This ultimately caused a low form which lead him to scram from the first eleven.
The Gunners #10 is also yet to find his debut goal with the senior national team. The lad should sparkle this season in order to get called again for the national team and elevate his status.
Smith played just 13 games last season and is considering his options. His current contract with Arsenal is due to run until the summer of 2026.
However, the Englishman scored in a friendly against an English Club which was played closed doors amid his transfer linking to other clubs.
Smith Rowe looking for first-team football in England
The Englishman is looking for a team which will allow him in the starting 11 is what he is wanting despite the injuries and declining form he experienced the previous season. He is now much more hungry and desperate to find a proper home for his future. While his club manager, Arteta knows the potential strength of the 23-year-old and is keen to keep him for himself.
However, Crystal Palace’s entry into the bidding wars seem to be hefty as the Eagles’ are seeking the replacement for Michael Olise, whose departure may affect the team. With Mikel Arteta driving super high standards that have transformed the club into a domestic powerhouse. Arsenal has now left Smith Rowe behind. In years gone by, if the club was starving for talent and depth, and a player like Emile, despite his injury history, still had a place in the squad.
Emile has yet to make a final decision about his future and must choose an appropriate place for his growth.
