Fabinho’s form is declining rapidly and it’s a major concern for Klopp. Although he is not the only one with a decline in form.
Liverpool is having one of their worst seasons in the past few years and the game against Nottingham Forest was nothing but a disappointment.
The reds lost by 1-0 to Forest and there are serious concerns with the form of players and the team.
Fabinho’s time at Liverpool is over?
Fabinho started against Nottingham forest. Klopp lost his third game this season as he went to the match without Joel Matip, Luis Diaz, Naby Keita, Ibrahima Konata, Nunez, Jota, and Arthur.
Fabinho became the scapegoat for all the criticism because of his performance as pundits claimed that his legs are finished.
Jamie Carragher did not stay quiet regarding Fabinho as, during Monday Night Football, he asked,
“what’s wrong with Fabinho?”
Dean Jones on Fabinho
Dean Jones has said that Fabinho ‘s decline in form is rapid and it’s harming the team. According to him, his past injuries are catching up and are affecting his game.
Jones said to GIVEMESPORT:
“The decline is worrying and it’s been pretty rapid considering the impact and influence he was having on games, compared to what we’re seeing now.
“I don’t think he’s the only midfielder in the world that’s having this problem right now, I think it’s just that his situation is probably more high profile.“
“The number of games, the amount of training sessions, the number of minutes in his legs, the little knocks that you pick up, undoubtedly, are catching up with him a little bit.”
Being a clinical player for the team surely is a huge concern for the team and the fans. Liverpool should start looking for a replacement.
