Saudi club Al Hilal have tried to sign Victor Osimhen and Kylian Mbappe this summer.

The Blues are linked with a move since Todd Boehly took over the club. There is also a speculation that Neymar wants to experience the Premier League.
THE FRENCH GIANTS HAVE ALREADY SIGNED REPLACEMENTS FOR NEYMAR
