The English club Chelsea can now sign in big players like Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain. One of the strongest clubs in the European championship, finished in 3rd, far behind champions Manchester City. Since their trump card player Lukaku failed to live up to his expectations. But it seems that somewhere or the other, the London giants have lost their grip on the English throne in the last few seasons.
