Joao Cancelo is set to miss the first leg of the Champions League due to suspension. Kyle Walker has missed the last few games due to an ankle injury but the right-back looks set to return to the starting lineup replacing Cancelo. The likes of Bernardo Silva, Phil Foden and Riyad Mahrez would also be expecting to return to the starting lineup after missing out on the 5-1 win over Watford.
For Real Madrid, Eder Militao is set to return to the team after missing the Chelsea clash due to suspension. While David Alaba was taken off injured against Osasuna last time around and he remains a minor doubt ahead of the clash. Luka Modric is set to return to the starting lineup. Eden Hazard, Luka Jovic and Mariano Diaz are all ruled out due to injury.
