What Charles Watts had to say about Jorginho and Arsenal

Charles Watts says:

“It’s just another example of what a good signing Jorginho has been,” said Watts. “Jorginho, for just £10 million, he has been an absolute steal. He has been such a good signing for Arsenal.

“Jorginho has done brilliant work on the pitch when he has played. He hasn’t let Arsenal down, at all. He has been fantastic. I really think he has a big part to play this season, especially in the Champions League.“I think he is such an underrated signing for Arsenal since he has come in for £10 million.

He has been an absolute steal. I am delighted the club kept him around this summer.“There were obviously those rumours doing the rounds that he could potentially go. As I said, at the time, there was nothing in the rumours. No substance. He wanted to stay. Arsenal wanted him to stay.”

Jorginho is a very experienced player at Arsenal. Arsenal will surely require him to play the role of an experienced player. He will surely come in handy for Arsenal in Champions League matches.
