It is likely that Chelsea will seek out a new striker this summer to address their offensive problems. Dependable writer Florian Plettenberg reporting they interested in Napoli player Victor Osimhen.
But, with former Manchester City attacking midfielder Diaz now mentioned as a potential target. Graham Potter would also be eager to bring in a creative alternative to supply for the new striker.
The Sunday Mirror, through The Express, said that Chelsea is preparing a potential £25 million move for the Real Madrid player this summer. They are pleased with his performances during a loan stint at AC Milan.

Chelsea target Real Madrid star Brahim Diaz as an attacking option
At the conclusion of the season, Milan will have the option to make the Spaniards’ stay permanent for a cost of about £19 million. But Madrid are seeking to recoup the £23.5 million it originally paid. This might pave the way for a transfer to west London.

Although Diaz is still young and has lots of time to improve his game, his current productivity suggests that he would not be a huge improvement over Potter’s present choices.
Furthermore, Joao Felix, who is currently on loan from Atletico Madrid and scored his second goal for the club against Everton on Saturday, should be Chelsea’s first target for a permanent deal.
