Chelsea thrashes Norwich by 7-0 and remains on Top of the Premier League. Norwich city were away at Stamford Bridge after losing 6 matches with 2 Draws in the Premier League. The Canaries are yet to register a victory in the Topflight this season. Chelsea maintained their sensational form going on as they picked up a commanding victory against a side that has only scored 2 goals in the Premier League until now.

Chelsea produced a staggering performance to put 7 Goals past Norwich. They looked fresh as ever and played like True champions with the team containing both Young and immensely Experienced players. The Blues under Thomas Tuchel has gone through a Vast transformation which has turned their Results and Fate around. Despite Missing out on players like Timo Werner and Romelu Lukaku, Chelsea easily squeezed through the Norwich defence.

Four different England Internationals scored for Chelsea in their Storm of 7 Goals against the Canaries. Mason Mount, Callum Hudson Odoi, Reece James and Ben Chilwell all scored for the Blues. Norwich City defender Max Aarons made it even worse for the Canaries after putting the ball into his net. Things went from Bad to Worse 3 minutes later as Ben Gibson received his marching orders from the Referee after he got booked for the second time in the match.

Mason Mount gets his first Hat-trick for Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge against Norwich

Following Chelsea’s dominating display against the Bottom side, Norwich Mason Mount became the first player to score a Hattrick for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge after Eden Hazard’s Hat-trick long ago. Mount broke the deadlock in the 8th minute after a ball set up by Jorginho that ended up in the back of the net. Callum Hudson Odoi earned himself a Goal 10 minutes later thanks to a Pinpoint through-ball by Mateo Kovacic which went past Tim Krul’s outstretched legs.

Chelsea’s Academy product Reece James tripled the home team’s lead as he chipped the ball over the advancing goalkeeper Tim Krul in the 42nd minute. Ben Chilwell scored on his 4th Consecutive Premier League match with a strike from his left foot that looked similar to the ones he scored in the previous matches. The Left back made it 4-0 in the 57th minute and just 4 minutes later Norwich Defender Max Aarons scored an Own goal to make it 5-0.

Mason Mount scored his Second goal after Chelsea was awarded a Penalty which got denied by Tim Krul, which got Overturned a few seconds later when VAR showed that Krul had moved off his line. Mount made no mistake in his second chance as he fired the ball into the Goal. The 22-year-old completed his Hat-trick after he slotted a pass from Ruben Loftus-Cheek to the Goal in the 91st minute.
