The Premier League champion Manchester City said the updates on the signing of Jack Grealish and Harry Kane will come in the weekend.
Pep Guardiola has said that the English captain Harry Kane and Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish are the two priority targets that he is looking for before the beginning of the 2020-21 campaign.
However, neither Tottenham Hotspurs nor Aston Villa are ready to sell their main assets to City. They are insisting on transfer fees in excess of £150 million and £100 million respectively.
According to the Daily Mail, the Citizens are confident that they will crack this deal and sign the duo in the upcoming days.
The pair are enjoying and relaxing for a two-week break after coming back and performing so well in Euro 2020.
Nevertheless, Manchester City are sure that they will sign at least one of the two before the close of the summer transfer window.
Harry Kane or Jack Grealish who will fit better in Manchester City’s squad?
Harry Kane is a versatile and attacking centre forward. He has some advantages and disadvantages in his game. The English striker is good in finishing, long shots, key passes, through balls and the ability to head the ball on the opponent’s goal post. He is also good at controlling and holding the ball in his foot.
The disadvantage in his play is that he loses possession very quickly. He does waste possession many times in important and crucial matches. He wastes the chances either through a poor effort or trying to dribble through too many people at a single time.
Jack Grealish is an attacking player. He has some advantages and disadvantages in his game. The English player has good efficiency to control the ball. The midfielder also has good passing and dribbling skills which enhance his play. He also has an excellent pace as well which helps him scoring goals and creating chances for his teammates.
He has weaknesses too. The main weakness for him is that he is an attacking midfielder and can only play in this position.
