Chelsea approaches to sign Eduardo Camavinga

About Football Express UK

Chelsea is showing their interest in signing a deal with Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga in the summer transfer window.

Manchester United are planning to sign the Frenchman. Rennes are not agreeing to sell their most expensive player at a lower price to them.

According to Le Parisien, Chelsea will give challenges to other clubs for the signing of the midfielder. Eduardo Camaving as they have contacted directly to the club regarding the deal.

Billy Gilmour is planning to leave for Norwich City for a season-long loan deal. So now there is space for a new midfielder in Chelsea.

Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid also have a close eye on this deal. They look to freshen up their centre midfield.

The 18-year-old midfielder has earlier linked to Manchester City. He decided to go to South America but is expecting to move to European football this summer.

Eduardo Camavinga can join Chelsea

Serie A club Sassuolo has been said to be strongly linked with the services of Camavinga. But Manchester United are said to be the top favourites to sign a deal with the midfielder before the summer transfer window closes in August.

Thomas Tuchel’s team is keen and ready to renew the title challenge next season remembering their UEFA Champions League performance of last year which led them to win the title by 1-0 against the Premier League champions Manchester City.

The Blues can reap the rewards of Camavinga’s presence at Stamford Bridge for the near future, and Chelsea is looking to sell his main players for the signing of Eduardo in the upcoming weeks or months.

The club’s ex goalkeeper and current technical and performance advisor, Petr Cech, is a huge fan of the player and retains plenty of connections with Rennes from his playing days at the French colours.
