Ensure the ball doesn’t touch the cones when dribbling it over this area. Prepare yourself for changing directions and moving the ball in multiple ways by using all of your foot’s parts.

Dribble in a straight line

Dribble the ball between the two spots. Ensure that you have 10-20 meters of distance between both points.
