BVB CEO ready to hold showdown talks with Jude Bellingham for his future plans

Manchester City

Dortmund’s CEO will plan a conversation with Jude Bellingham after the World Cup to discuss his future plans.

CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke confirmed this to the German Outlet

Many elite teams will be going in the race this summer window to sign Jude Bellingham.

There are already big rumors with links to Manchester United. Ten Hag will surely be looking to add a quality midfielder like him to the team.

Liverpool and Real Madrid are also linked to the English player.

Dortmund CEO on Bellingham

I think that as soon as the World Cup in Qatar ends (on December 18), we are going to have a basic conversation about what he really wants, what his plans for the future are going to be.

Watzke continued:

“We’re going to talk to him, his parents, who we have a very close relationship with, and of course, his agent.”

“And then he should tell us if he wants to stay or if he wants to go.

“Either way, we’ll discuss it nicely and reasonably.”

“But we don’t have to pretend the issue isn’t on the table. When the really big teams are there, we can’t afford to fight financially either.”

It surely would be interesting to see where Bellingham will end up this summer.

Although any team will be glad to sign a quality player like him in their squad.
