Aaron Ramsdale could leave: Arsenal are ready to allow him to leave.

Arsenal

Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale could leave the club in the January transfer window or next summer. As per the reports, the 25 year old goalkeeper is not getting enough playing time at the Emirates Stadium. Moreover, he’s lost his permanent place to Spanish goalkeeper David Raya. Ramsdale started for Arsenal against Brentford for the first time since September. That clearly shows the amount of attention he’s getting at the club.

As per tbrfootball, Arsenal are not forcing Ramsdale’s transfer. They still know the importance of the player. However, they could offload him if they get £50 million for him. Moreover, it’s been heard that the player himself wants a move away from the Gunners. Mikel Arteta has given the player an independent choice if he wants to leave the club at the January transfer window or not. However, the Club wants to keep him until the end of the season.

In the meanwhile, reports have emerged out stating that the player himself wants to leave the club in January. He’s even ready to leave on a loan deal. Ramsdale just wants regular playing time.

Current Premier League Standings

What could be the scenario if Arsenal allow Aaron Ramsdale to leave?

Although David Raya is the first choice keeper for Arteta, but we shouldn’t forget Ramsdale’s contribution to the team. People are criticizing Ramsdale for his error against Brentford last Saturday. But no one is acknowledging the fact that it was Ramsdale’s spectacular performance against Brentford in the Carabao Cup previously this season that helped Arsenal get the better of the bees in that match.

In addition to that, what would happen if David Raya gets injured? What would happen if he’s having a bad spell. Who can Arsenal rely on at that moment? Obviously it’d be Aaron Ramsdale because the gunners don’t have any other experienced player other than these 2. Therefore it’s not wise to let Ramsdale leave, atleast not in the January transfer window.
