It is not understandable that why Marcus Rashford is having such a horrible season this time. Despite being on of the prime players last season, the England international has failed to perform this time. Rashford under Ten Hag was pretty much impressive last season. He was performing at the European stages as well. But there is no idea that why is he not able to get back in his usual performance as last season.
The 25-year-old has just one goal and one assist in ten games in the League this season. For some time, we thought that the international break is going to be a turning point for him this season. He is performing reasonably well under Gareth Southgate.
But the Reds forward was more or less absent against City. Moreover, he had 27 less touches than Andre Onana in that game. He was nowhere to be seen against Manchester City. He lost possesion 11 times in that game.

As per unitedinfocus, the English forward is having his worst phase of the season at the moment.He is given a 5.9 rating, lower than anything he’s received before in the 23/24 campaign.

The major cause of concern is that this performance is becoming habitual for the Reds forward .His below average performance is something that needs to be talked about. Something needs to be done about this.
We have no doubt that Rashford is an unbelievable player. He can change the game at any given moment. He can take on multiple defenders with his burst of speed and skills.
However, we also have to admit that no player is above the club. If a player is not performing, changes are required for sure. Manchester United are already having a tough season. They need to make changes to see changes in results.
