Man City are eyeing long-term Chelsea transfer target Floran Wirtz and could make things difficult for Chelsea. The blues have been scouting Bayer Leverkusen’s Floran Wirtz for a long time now. The 20-year-old has been a top priority for many big European clubs after his stellar performances this season.
