Liverpool player disturbed after news came out of Anfield recently

The Liverpool camp is hit with another injury news just before the second half of the season begins. Luis Diaz is set to be out for two more months due to his knee injury.





Meanwhile, the Colombian winger left the match against Arsenal on crutches in October. As per recent updates, the winger came back to join his teammates in Dubai for the warm-weather training camp.

However, the recurring knee injury forced him to fly back home before the friendly against Lyon on Sunday.

As per various reports, the 25-year-old winger needs surgery on his knee injury. This means Liverpool will miss their star winger for at least two more months.

Liverpool team-mates worried about the news

Most of the Liverpool management and players expressed their concern about the injury news of Diaz. Kostas Tsimikas, who plays as a left-back for Liverpool expressed his concerns.

While, speaking to Football Daily, the left-back said:

“I’m very, very sad about this news,” said the left-back. “It’s not only his football skills, it’s the good vibes he always brings to the team, even if he doesn’t speak English!

“I’m feeling very bad for him because he’s a very good player and when he plays he helps the team, it’s a big loss for us. But all the boys are ready here to help the team.”

Liverpool is also set to miss Harvey Elliot due to injury. Meanwhile, all these injuries are causing a lot of headaches for The Reds’ management.

Liverpool will face AC Milan in the club friendlies on Friday. It remains to be seen how Klopp figures out his team tactics amid these injury concerns.
