Chelsea womens coach Emma Hayes leaves the club after a successful journey of 11 long years at the Stamford bridge. As per the reports, the Blues women’s coach is preferring work life balance now. The club even offered to increase her salary 4 times than what it is now. Moreover, intrest from the USA women’s national team makes it clear that the coach has made work life balance her top priority.

However, she will be the coach for the Chelsea women’s team until the end of the season. The owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali have welcomed the coach’s decision. Moreover, they are grateful to the coach for staying with the team until the end of the season.

The 47 year old gave birth to her son back in 2018. Even after giving birth, she has lead the team to various competitions knowing that she has to spend time with her son. It finally seems that she’s going to get time for that as the national team duty provides flexibility of time to the coaches.

Current Premier League Standings

Search for the replacement have begun as Emma Hayes leaves.

However, it’s clear that Emma Hayes is someone who’s irreplaceable. She has won 6 premier league titles and 5 FA Cups with the blues during her 11 year journey at the Stamford bridge. Furthermore, she’s developed familiarity with the team over this period of time. This played a huge rule in her success as she knew what to expect from a player. This would allow the player to focus on her strengths and weaknesses.
