The youngster’s been the main striker at Stamford Bridge so far this campaign. Though there was a lot of comments made about his erratic finishing about the penalty box.

Hopefully, his Premier League hat-trick on Monday night against Tottenham can go a long way to settling any nerves. Incidentally, the Senegal international now has six Chelsea goals across all competitions so far this season.

Raheem Sterling says about his teammate:

Blues winger Raheem Sterling says and has offered some encouraging comments about his club teammate.

He’s suggested that Jackson does show how good he can really be in training.

When asked about the 22-year-old youngster, Sterling told Stadium Astro:

“To score goals it’s a collective, I don’t think it’s on individuals. Of course, individuals have to take their opportunities but I feel like us as a team we have to try and be in positions to make opportunities easier. Me myself, to try and bring the ball into position to try and create and we see him in training, we know what he’s capable of. Personally I think he just needs to focus on giving everything like he has been, and the goals will flow.”

Chelsea had a very bad start this season. They were continuously loosing ganes with a long margin and was drowning and descending down the league table. However, their home win against Tottenham secured 3 points and a lot of confidence to the squad. Beating the table toppers with a 4-1 scoreline is not at all an easy job to do.

Chelsea are now currently in the 10th position of the league table.
