Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus says he will bag a goal against PSV in their upcoming Europa League match.
Gabriel Jesus on his goal-scoring form for Arsenal
Gabriel Jesus signed with Arsenal from Man City. The Brazilian has been one of the best players for the Gunners. He has been involved in nine goals across all competitions. But is yet to make an impact in Europa League.
His link-up plays have helped Arsenal in the attack as they are scoring a lot of goals this season. However, one thing that is concerning the fans is that the Brazilian has not scored in the last five games.
Speaking in the pre-match conference Gabriel Jesus spoke about his form. He said [as per Hayters TV],
“That [five games without a goal] has happened before and I’m pretty sure, in the future, it is going to happen again. That’s football.
“I don’t want it to be like this, of course. I want to improve. I want to work, like always in my life, and then next game, I will try again.
“I’m 100 percent sure I will score.”
In addition, Arsenal will look to win their game against PSV to avoid a team that has dropped out of the Champions League.
Mikel Arteta will be happy to see Gabriel Jesus back on the scoring list after a five-game drought for Arsenal.
