However, Inter Milan immediately rejected the offer for their star goalkeeper. They want a fee of at least 50 million for their goalkeeper.

According to reports, Manchester United had a first bid rejected for Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana. The report also claims that bid made was a total of 34 million. However, Italian giants have deemed the offer as too low for their star goalkeeper. They want the Premier League giants to make an offer of at least 50 million for the goalkeeper.
Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag is demanding a new starting goalkeeper this season. Hence, the owners are making sure to get the deal done for Andre Onana. The intention of Red Devils is also to finalise a deal under 50 million. Hence, they made a first bid of 34 million for the goalkeeper. Therefore, the Red Devils will now prepare a second bid for the goalkeeper.
DAVID DE GEA WILL NOT FEEL HAPPY WITH THE SITUATION
According to reports, Manchester United current starting goalkeeper David De Gea will not feel happy with the situation. This is because he signed a reduced wage contract extension. However, the Red Devils have not yet signed the documents. Therefore, the Spanish goalkeeper’s future hangs in balance. He is also currently a free agent in this summer transfer window.
Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag has also instructed Tom Heaton to not leave the club. Therefore, the Red Devils are rejecting all offers for Tom Heaton. Whereas, David De Gea has offers from Saudi Arabia. However, his priority remains a contract extension with the Red Devils. Although, this updates definitely make it clear that Erik Ten Hag does not trust De Gea as his starting goalkeeper.
Erik Ten Hag wants his Manchester United team to play out from the back. This is also the only weakness of David De Gea. Hence, this is the reason, the Red Devils have made a move for Andre Onana. They need to have a top marquee goalkeeper to help them in the Champions League.
