History

After merging three Roman football clubs, Alba-Audace, Fortitudo-Pro Roma SGS, and Roman, the team formed AS Roma. They played their first competitive game in September 1927 and have since become a regular participant in Serie A. Meanwhile, the team has had a successful run in domestic competitions, with three Serie A titles, nine Coppa Italia trophies, and two Supercoppa Italiana titles won.
