According to inside sources, Erik ten Hag plans to add an ‘uncomfortable’ cafe at the Carrington training facility.

Ralf Rangnick will also act as an advisor to Erik ten Hag and the red devils.

According to The Sun, Erik ten Hag is planning major changes around the Carrington reading facility at the start of next term. He has already told his staff members about details of what he wants in place at the club when takes over next term. Also, the new manager is planning to put use ‘cage work’. This means player training sessions in a confined space. On top of that, he also wants some half-sized pitches in place. He wants to replicate the pitches he worked on with Ajax. Ten Hag wants the players to feel ‘uncomfortable’ when they start working in the ‘cage’.

An inside source from Manchester United talking about the plans and requests put in by Erik ten Hag said:

“The new manager has already provided a number of technical requests and the staff are working hard to have it ready. The astro five-a-side pitch is the Adidas Predator Zone and the lads use it for fun and games. But Ten Hag has daily plans for it.”

“He wants the players locked in and uncomfortable until they are totally at ease with it. The pitch is caged in and he wants it ready to go. ” “The club is determined to give him everything he needs and it is currently all hands to the pump at Carrington.”
