However, AC Milan want Chelsea to reduce their demand of 23 million. They are willing to pay a fee of 15-18 million for the winger. AC Milan are also optimistic that they can agree a deal with the Premier League giants. Whereas, the Blues are also hoping to sell some of their fringe players to aid the signings recommended by new incoming manager Mauricio Pochettino.

THE BLUES WILL HAVE TO SELL SOME OF THEIR FRINGE PLAYERS TO AID THEIR NEW SIGNINGS

Chelsea have already started selling some of their players. Players like Edouard Mendy, Hakim Ziyech and Kalidou Koulibaly all have left for big earning moves in Saudi Arabia. Ruben Loftus-Cheek is also likely to move to AC Milan. Whereas, Romelu Lukaku is also linked to an exit to the club. However, Mauricio Pochettino wants to keep him for the pre-season.

Chelsea have also sold the likes of Kai Havertz and Mateo Kovacic to Arsenal and Manchester City respectively. They are also open to selling Mason Mount to Manchester United. However, they continue to hold for a fee of 60 million. Whereas, the Red Devils only want to pay 55 million. Although, sources indicate that Mason Mount is pushing for an exit from Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are already linked with the likes of Moises Caicedo and Victor Osimhen. However, both the players are likely to cost big money. Therefore, it is necessary that the Blues sell some players before buying new players after spending 600 million last season.
