According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea reportedly reached an agreement on personal terms with Moises Caicedo. Thus, indicating a potential transfer is on the horizon. Chelsea identified Moises Caicedo as their top priority for midfield reinforcements in the upcoming season.
