ARSENAL CONSIDERING THE FLORIAN BALOGUN SALE

According to reports, Arsenal are open to offers for Folarin Balogun in the next summer transfer window. However, they are going to demand a fee in the range of 35-40 million. He also has a two year contract with the Gunners. Hence, this is best time for them to sell their young forward. Balogun has done very well on loan with Ligue 1 side Reims.

However, Arsenal cannot guarantee him regular game time with the likes of Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah ahead of him. The new January signing Leandro Trossard has also done very well in the No 9 position for the Gunners. Hence, the London side are ready to sell Folarin Balogun for the right price. Newcastle United, Inter Milan, and AC Milan are the three sides seriously monitoring his situation.

MIKEL ARTETA WANTS A MORE PHYSICAL FORWARD IN THE NEXT SUMMER TRANSFER WINDOW

According to reports, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta wants a more physical forward to replace Florian Balogun in the next summer transfer window. The report also claims that he is open to having a conversation with Balogun about his future at the end of the season. However, Arteta is also drawing up new options for the forward position.

A report also claims that Dominic Calvert Lewin, Dusan Vlahovic, Tammy Abraham and Victor Osimhen are on the list. The report further says, “Signing a tall, powerful striker would add a different dimension to Arsenal’s attack,”. “Gabriel Jesus led the line well until he suffered a knee injury in December, while Eddie Nketiah has shown he is a dangerous penalty-box poacher. Leandro Trossard has emerged as a viable false nine.

However, Arsenal will take decisions on transfers after the end of this season. The current focus is only on winning the Premier League and finishing the season well. Therefore, the future of Folarin Balogun remains in the balance for the time being.
