United are in good form winning their last five games losing just one to Manchester City in Premier League. The Reds take on Newcastle United who are just one point behind them.
United will look to grab all three points with a chance to finish top four this week.
Erik ten Hag on Newcastle United in his pre-conference said,
” They do really well. I think its a team that can play in high intensity with a lot of energy so that makes it a tough opponent and we know we have to play our best to get the right result.”
When asked about the squad he said,
“Anthony Martial can be fit but we have to wait how it develops in the coming hours.”
“Harry Maguire will not make this, but it doesn’t take long I think.”
David de Gea might make his landmark 500th appearance for the Reds. Late goal hero Scott Mctominay is suspended after getting five yellow cards shown in the Premier League.
