Arsenal will hope to avoid making a signing like Pablo Mari in the future transfer window.

Pablo Marí

Arsenal will hope to avoid making a signing like Pablo Mari in the future transfer window. Many Gunners fans have also called him a poor signing than Mustafi.

Hence, the Gunners will hope that AC Monza can avoid relegation from Serie A. This is also because they will have to buy him permanently should they avoid relegation.

PABLO MARI FAILED TO MAKE ANY SORT OF POSITIVE IMPACT

A number of Arsenal fans have called Pablo Mari a worse signing than Mustafi. Mari only made 28 appearances for the club. Mikel Arteta and fans thought that Pablo Mari would do well as a back-up defender in team for the future. However, the Brazilian defender failed to make any sort of positive impact for the team.

Hence, it looks like Arsenal wasted 13 million on him. Therefore, the Gunners had to trust the ability of Mustafi and Holding before Saliba burst onto the scene. They also had to depend Sokratis Papastathopoulos to help them. However, none of them fit the tactics of Mikel Arteta style of play. Therefore, the Gunners will now hope to sell Pablo Mari permanently.

ARSENAL WILL HOPE TO SELL HIM PERMANENTLY IN THE NEXT SUMMER TRANSFER WINDOW

According to reports, there is a big chance that Arsenal will permanently sell Pablo Mari in the next summer transfer window. This is because AC Monza are likely going to avoid relegation this season. The defender is currently on loan with them. However, the loan deal also includes a clause that they will have to buy him for 8 million provided AC Monza can avoid relegation.

The Italian club are currently 13th in the points table. Whereas, they are also 13 points clear of the relegation places. Hence, there is a likely chance that Pablo Mari will continue his stay with them. The Arsenal defender has also done well on loan for Monza after recovering from a knife attack at mall. Therefore, Monza are also ready to buy him permanently.

Hence, it looks like Arsenal will have another 8 million added to their summer transfer window. They have already signed Jakub Kiwior in the last January transfer window. Hence, they are unlikely to make a move for a center-back in the next summer. Although, they continue to show interest in Evan Ndicka.
