In the previous season, they had survived relegation. Hence, Paul Merson has said that like that Leicester team, this Gunners team is unstoppable this season.
The Arsenal legend further said, “I have the same vibes as I had with Leicester with Arsenal. Everybody is expecting a collapse, but so far it isn’t coming. At the moment, I get the same feelings about Arsenal as I did when Leicester won the title. I know Leicester were massive outsiders but there was always a feeling that they would get caught in the end. “We are at the stage of the season where every game is big now. There are no easy games. This is it now, we are into the final 10 or so games of the season.

Arsenal legend Paul Merson has also said that Liverpool will also have a big say in title fight this season. This is because they play second placed Manchester City on April 27. Hence, a win for them would also benefit the Gunners. It would potentially help the Gunners extend their lead on the top of the Premier League table. The win would also strengthen the chances of Liverpool in their quest to qualify for the Champions League next season.
The Arsenal legend further said, “Liverpool is going to have a big say in the destination of the title. They travel to City this week before hosting Arsenal next weekend. They may not be in the title race themselves, but they still have plenty to play for as they look to creep into the Champions League places. Hence, it is clear that Jurgen Klopp’s men have the ability to provide full drama at the end of the season.
However, the best thing for Arsenal is to try and win all the Premier League games for the rest of the season. They also do not have any cup or European football. Whereas, Manchester City have to deal with Champions League and FA Cup games. Hence, the Gunners have advantage of playing less games.
