Darwin Nunez has started to silence his haters by his astonishing performance.
At previous season there was a huge comparison between the Uruguayan star and Haland. Everybody had a debate between him and the man city no 9. Somehow for him the things doesn’t turned in his favour. He hasn’t lived up to that expectations from everyone. As a result he got trolled badly.
In this season he hasn’t been able to secure his starting spot in the squad. Klopp has used Diego Jota as his striker. And later bring Nunez into the attack. But Nunez has been proving everyone wrong. He scored two goals and sealed the deal for Liverpool.

On The Kelly & Wrighty Show Pundit Ian Wright indicated Nunez will be going to prove everyone wrong with his performance. He will be the goal machine which Liverpool badly needed.

He said
“He’s just 24 now, he’s come from a different league to a a massive club, he’s eager to do well and you could see that with some of his finishes last season”
He added
“Finishes that you think ‘how’s he missed that,’ and getting himself into positions where you think ‘wow what great movement’ but can’t quite finish it off.”
He targeted the people who said he was a flop , that big money move is not good for Liverpool by saying,
“If people are going to judge him on that, they’re making a big mistake, a massive mistake. Because from what I’ve seen of him, he still tries to finish like he should, he’s not tentative.”
He talked about his recent form, his recent performance. He appreciated the Uruguayan international , he said,
“What we saw with those two finishes, that was somebody who’s obviously worked a lot more on himself, on his basics. From that side of the pitch I’m going to hit it across the goalkeeper and bam! That’s clinical. Two really clinical finishes that they needed.”
“If he’s clicked, then people are in trouble.”
Darwin Nunez, the striker who is on the biggest stage at his career. It seems like Klopp will finally start him as a regular striker in the upcoming match. He will need to score once or twice in that match to earn Klopp’s trust. After finally playing well in recent matches Klopp decided to put the star man in the command of the attack.
The price-tag pressure, everyone’s trash talking has affected his game but this is the time, this is the chance, the chance to prove everyone wrong, the chance to silence his haters, the time has come Darwin. Hope he plays well. Like their anthem says, “YOU’LL NEVER WALK ALONE”
