Maximilian Cornet, the West Ham ace’s situation continues to deteriorate

Flamengo is not in touch

Maxwel Cornet’s attempts to play again for West Ham United have suffered yet another significant obstacle.

The Ivorian moved from Burnley to West Ham during the summer transfer window for approximately £17.5 million (Sky Sports).

He last played for West Ham in our 2-0 victory over Wolves at the London Stadium at the beginning of October.

At the time, it was anticipated that Cornet would be sidelined for a few weeks due to the injury. We’ve been waiting for the Ivory Coast international’s comeback for four months, though.

For the 26-year-old, things appear to be getting worse rather than better. For now, it just seems like he is experiencing setback after setback.

In fact, Cornet recently indicated on his Instagram account that he would soon play again for the Hammers.

Cornet dealt with another sever blow

Cornet is working through a sickness, according to reporter Sean Whetstone, who has strong ties at West Ham.

You couldn’t possibly have made it up, could you?

Maxwel Cornet has had a string of bad luck since switching from Burnley to West Ham United during the summer transfer period.

For the Ivorian winger right now, it simply seems like setback after setback. He must become fully functional as soon as possible for David Moyes.

West Ham lacks pace in the final third without Maxwel Cornet, so his return to action will surely aid us in our battle against relegation.

I hope the former Burnley star recovers from this virus as quickly as possible. When he eventually does get back into play, the Hammers will be thrilled to have him! A player of his caliber will significantly improve West Ham’s chances in the Premier League.
