Dewsbury-Hall a good player, but not for City
Dewsbury lacks experience which he needs to play for Manchester city, the club needs experience player which can help them to remain in title reace for the season.
Eze and Nunes seem to be the players Manchester City are focusing on at the moment, and the club simply appreciate Dewsbury-Hall. Perhaps City will think about a move if they are unable to buy Nunes or Eze.
But Manchester city are pusshing hard if either one of Eze or Nunes makes the move. Because it’s questionable whether Dewsbury-Hall would be able to step up if he signed for City.
He is a good player, and a good ball carrier. By some accounts, he is far too good for the Championship. And he did win Young Player of the Season awards at Leicester after the 2021/22 season.
Brendan Rodgers said of him in April 2022 “He is very honest to the game. He has great industry. He runs, works and presses, and he has quality.”
But Manchester City have elite talent in their squad.
If he signed for city then all eyes will be on him, whether he can survive in that elite squad and can he show his magic there.
