Man City find the heir to Kevin De Bruyne in Jamal Musiala

According to reports, the treble winners have found the future replacement to Kevin De Bruyne. De Bruyne is one of their most important player and the captain of Man City. The quality and talent of Kevin De Bruyne is known to all. Some even consider KDB one of the greatest midfielders ever. But no player is going to play forever and has to be replaced sooner or later. And the Champions have reportedly found their candidate for the KDB throne. According to several reports, Man City want Jamal Musiala to replace De Bruyne in the future.

City eyeing Musiala as De Bruyne successor

Man City have found Jamal Musiala to be the most suitable future replacement for Kevin De Bruyne. The 20-years-old has impressed the bosses at City and they look to bring the German to the Etihad. Jamal currently plays for the Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, who are keen to keep their starlet. Real Madrid, also have reportedly shown interest in the player, if the Mbappe deal falls through in 2024. According to Sport Bild, Jamal is massively underpaid at Bayern with only 8 million Euros a year. City can capitalize on the wage issue if Bayern don’t act quickly and renew his contract with a better wage. His current contract at Bayern ends in 2026, City have to make their move soon as Bayern are planning to renew his contract as soon as possible.

Jamal Musiala once again in England

Jamal Musiala has played for the youth side of Chelsea before in 2010/11 season. He played for the under-17 for the blues. Jamal is Half-German and Half-English, making him very familiar with English football. The 20 year old has both English and German nationalities and has played for England alongside Real Madrid Starboy Jude Bellingham. Now it’s up to the German international, whether he wants to stay at Bayern, move to Madrid with his best mate, or become the next star midfielder at Man City.
