Everton can swap the deal for Samuel Chukwueze of Villarreal CF before the end of the summer transfer window. The club from Merseyside had led their foundation in 1878. They are the second-longest continuous serving club in English Premier League. Their domestic silverware consists of 9 league titles, 5 FA Cups, 1 European Cup Winners’ Cup as well as 9 Charity Shields. One of the founder members of the English League, were at 16th position in the points table last season. 4 points were all that separated the Toffees from the relegation zone. After the entry of Frank Lampard, as the manager of Toffees, things might change course for Everton. But, things are not looking much helpful for the Merseyside club Everton. Samuel Chukwueze 23-year-old Nigerian international plays as a winger for Spanish side Villarreal. Chukwueze was born in Umuahia, Abia state, Nigeria. Chukwueze joined Villarreal’s youth academy in 2017. He made his senior debut for the Spanish side Villarreal on 15 April 2018. Chukwueze is a consistent member of Unai Emery’s squad. As the 23-year-old youngster from Nigeria made 121 appearances for Villarreal scoring 15 goals. The youngster is often compared to the Bayern Munich star Arjen Robben, because of his style of play.
Furthermore, the English side Everton are looking to bring Nigerian young talent to the English Premier League. Toffees manager Frank Lampard has bid £43m for the 23-year-old Samuel Chukwueze, to bring him to Goodison Park.
