Done Deal: Antony completes move to Manchester United

Manchester United have completed the deal for Antony from Ajax this summer as the forward joins on a permanent deal.

The Red Devils’ gaffer, Erik ten Hag was pushing for the move and heavily invested in the signing of the forward. Moreover, the Brazilian international too was keen to join Old Trafford this summer by making all possible attempts to leave.

Antony ensured he wouldn’t attend any of the training sessions and practice along with the rest of the Ajax squad. Moreover, the determination to leave the club and the interest by United has helped the transfer possible this summer.

Antony joins Manchester United

Erik ten Hag is having a mixed start to the Premier League season winning three matches and losing two. The manager has pulled some exciting signings for the club to compete at the highest level this season.

Antony was strongly linked with a move to United this summer as ten Hag wanted a reunion this season. Moreover, the pole has officially completed the move to the Theatre of Dreams on a permanent deal.

Upon his arrival, Antony spoke to the club’s official website and expressed his delight in joining United-
