Manchester United have had a crazy time during the transfer window this summer making signings and exits possible for the new season.

The Red Devils began their Premier League campaign off to a dismal start losing the first two games and getting battered. However, fans have seen a different United in the very next three matches securing wins in all of them.

In the midst of the transfer window, Cristiano Ronaldo has been a subject of much speculation over a potential move. The pole has always been very clear that he wanted an exit from Old Trafford this summer to play Champions League football.

With the transfer window officially concluded, it is understood that Ronaldo is now on the verge of staying in the club. In fact, the forward has received all kinds of support from the fans and the management to stay this season.

However, manager Erik ten Hag has not started him on all three occasions that United have secured wins. That said, the manager still highly rates Ronaldo to be an important player for the club this season.

In an interview, ten Hag expressed his views on Ronaldo by saying-

“[We have spoken] several times, yeah. We are on one page,”

“The way of play sets the demands. You can see in training it’s clear that he has the capabilities.

 So, he will fit in because he’s – I don’t have to explain – a great player. He has great capabilities, so he will fit in every system or in every style.”

Ronaldo featured late in the 1-0 win against Leicester City during the week earning the club three points. Moreover, Ronaldo was appreciated by the fans for his impressive display on the pitch with fans shouting Viva Ronaldo’.

Overwhelmed by the response and earning the win over Leicester, Ronaldo took to Instagram to share a message to fans. He said-

“Thank you for your support”.

The Red Devils will be delighted to see the no. 7 continue for this season and continue giving his best.
