Aston Villa owners to create a new MLS club

In a move that may benefit the owners of Aston Villa Nassef Sawiris and Wes Edens, Major League Soccer has teamed with Apple to stream every US top-flight men’s game around the world for the next ten years.

The two billionaires are preparing to construct the latest Major League Soccer club. This club will be based in Las Vegas. Moreover, Wes Edens expects that the team will be ready to compete before the World Cup. This edition of the World Cup will be held in the United States, Mexico, and Canada in 2026. Furthermore, the MLS just announced a massive $2.5 billion partnership with Apple. This will allow fans all over the world to view games through the Apple TV app beginning in 2023.

The arrangement is expected to be worth $250 million (£208 million) each year. Mr. Eddy Cue who is Apple’s senior vice president of Services characterized it as a “historic first for sports.”

He said

“Fans will be able to access everything from a major professional sports league in one place.

“It’s a dream turn into reality for MLS fans, soccer lovers, and anyone who enjoys sports.”

Moreover, they said that there will be no fragmentation or annoyance. Thus, all that needs to be done is to sign up for a single easy subscription that offers you access to everything MLS. This also includes wherever and whenever you want to watch it. Also, Apple can’t wait to make it even easier for more fans to fall in love with MLS. Moreover, they can watch and cheer on their favorite team.

Don Garber, the commissioner of the MLS, added that Apple is the ideal partner to help MLS expand even faster. Furthermore, it can even strengthen the bond between clubs and their supporters.
