Arsenal players were reportedly left disappointed after the loss against Manchester City. It is also because City are now top of the table.

Hence, the Gunners will have a big challenge for the remainder of the season. The Gunners are also winless in the last four matches.

ARSENAL PLAYERS WERE NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THEIR PERFORMANCES

According to reports, Arsenal players sat silent in the dressing room. The report also claims that they were not all happy with their performances against Manchester City. Manchester City defeated the Gunners 3-1 to go top of the Premier League table. However, luckily the Gunners have one game in hand. Hence, the title race is still open.

Both Arsenal and Manchester City are level on points. Hence, the rest of the season is going to provide top entertainment to all the fans. Manchester City will hope that they continue with the good form. Whereas, the Gunners manager Mikel Arteta will hope to encourage his players after a poor start to the year for them.

MIKEL ARTETA WILL HOPE TO RAISE THE LEVEL OF THIS PLAYERS AGAIN

The Arsenal manager Arteta will have to now try to raise the level of the players. He will hope that the players reach the same level of the start of the season. They were easily eight points clear of Manchester City earlier. However, in the last four matches, they are on a winless streak. Hence, Manchester City after the win are now on the same points as the Gunners.

However, the positive news for Arsenal is they have played one game less than City at the moment. Therefore, the Gunners need to win the game in hand. They also need players like Gabriel Jesus and Thomas Partey to quickly recover from their respective injuries. The Gunners need each one of them to help the club win the Premier League title.

Arsenal now face Aston Villa in their next game. Aston Villa also lost their last match against Manchester City 3-1. Hence, this is perfect opportunity for the Gunners to pile on more misery on their former manager Unai Emery.
