Arsenal coaches left amazed by Reuell Walters in training ahead of the clash against PSV tonight. In a video posted on Arsenal’s official website, 

Mikel Arteta was putting his players through their paces ahead of their last game in the group stages of the Champions League.

The Gunners have booked a place in the knockout stages after topping their group and Arteta is expected to make several changes in the Netherlands on Tuesday evening.

Indeed, Reuell Walters is reportedly pushing for his Arsenal debut while Ethan Nwaneri has also travelled with the squad.

Walters is expected to get an opportunity in the first team soon after the recent injury to Takehiro Tomiyasu.

The 18-year-old has been training with Arteta’s squad over the past few weeks

And it seems he’s impress Arsenal’s coaches ahead of the PSV game tonight.

Walters can be spotted in a training video posted on Arsenal’s website and was involves in a game of rondo.

The likes of Martin Odegaard, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Mohamed Elneny and Leandro Trossard also involved.

And when the ball came to Walters in a difficult situation, he used his quick feet to avoid a challenge from Trossard before passing it to Zinchenko.

His improvisation led to a few gasps from Arsenal’s coaches and some of the players involved in the training drill.

Walters is yet to make his debut for Arsenal but has impressed for the Under-21s this season.

The Englishman has tipped to become as good as William Saliba by some Arsenal insiders.

He’s mainly operate at centre-back and right-back throughout his time in the academy.

And it will be intriguing to see if he gets an opportunity at PSV.

It feels like an ideal time for Arteta to take a closer look at some his youngsters and fringe-players,

With tonight’s game ultimately being a dead-rubber.
