This English Right Back can potentially leave Manchester United this summer.

Wan Bissaka United

Aaron Wan-Bissaka, the talented right-back of Manchester United, has been linked with a potential departure from the club. The English defender has been one of the most consistent performers for the Red Devils since his arrival in 2019. However, recent reports suggest that Wan-Bissaka could be on his way out of Old Trafford.

Wan-Bissaka joined Manchester United in the summer of 2019 from Crystal Palace for a fee of £50 million. He quickly established himself as one of the most promising young defenders in Europe, thanks to his impressive tackling ability and his willingness to put his body on the line for the team.

Wan Bissaka departure can be a big blow

If Wan-Bissaka were to leave Manchester United, it would be a huge blow to the club. The Red Devils have struggled to find a reliable right-back since the departure of Gary Neville. Losing Wan-Bissaka would only compound the issue. Erik ten Hag would have to find a suitable replacement for the Englishman, which could prove difficult in the current market.

However, if Wan-Bissaka were to stay at Manchester United and rediscover his form, he could prove to be a key player in the club’s future success. With the likes of Marcus Rashford, Luke Shaw, and Alejandro Garncho all on the verge of signing new contracts in recent months, it’s clear that Ten Hag is building a team for the long-term. Wan-Bissaka could be a crucial part of that team. His departure would be a significant setback.

Furthermore, former top flight striker Frank McAvennie believes Wan Bissaka could leave.

He said,

“I think so. I think the fans are not happy with him. He has not set the heather alight, he comes in and has been lethargic.

I think he can do better than what he has been doing. Whether that is something to do with the manager not believing in him I do not know.

“There is going to be movement. There are a few of them that are going to move on and it is time for a change. Ten Hag has got them all interested in Man United again”

Many Portuguese and French clubs are interested in signing Wan Bissaka, the list also includes his former Premier league club Crystal Palace.
