Arsenal have shown interest in Real Madrid midfielder Isco. Arsenal have been recruiting several players in the transfer window and have shown interest in others. Fabio Viera is one of the new recruits for the Summer as they look to expand their squad depth. Mikel Arteta intends to play the 4-3-3 formation and wants to add an experienced midfielder into the mix.
Arsenal are ready to pay a hefty 77M for Isco in the coming days. Isco has lost his touch in recent times as he is in and out of the squad. However, he still remains a world-class player and is still an asset to any team. Arsenal have shown interest in the Spaniard for the longest time. Although they were never able to finalize a move. However this time around, Arsenal are going all in and looking to break the bank.
Arteta’s Plan
Arteta had a good season with Arsenal although they would be disappointed as they missed out on the top 4. Arsenal haven’t finished in the top 4 since 2017. They were hoping to make a return to the competition however they were unable to.
Arteta hopes to ensure Champions League football for Arsenal in the coming season. Moreover, he will be hoping to add some silverware along the way. Arsenal have won a couple of silverware with Arteta in the form of the domestic cups. They will be hoping to repeat it.
Arteta has a young side in his midst however has recognized that he needs experience on the side and is looking to add Isco. Isco is a natural winner as he has won 5 Champions League with Real Madrid with the most recent coming this season. Arteta will be hoping Isco adds this experience and his knack for winning silverware into the squad.
