Liverpool not planning to loan out Fabio Carvalho next summer

Premier League giants Liverpool have already agreed and confirmed their first signing of the summer transfer window Fabio Carvalho. Liverpool were on the verge of signing the Portuguese youngster in the dying hours of the January transfer window. But Jurgen Klopp‘s side ran out of time to complete the deal. But the reds have now completed the deal to sign Fabio Carvalho in the summer transfer window.

The youngster has been one of the standout players in the Championship this term. Carvalho has also played a major role in Fulham‘s Championship triumph and return to the Premier League. Liverpool previously signed Harvey Elliott from Fulham. The then 16-year-old was signed for a fee close to £4.3 million in the summer of 2019. The young English forward was loaned out to Championship side Blackburn Rovers last term. After an impressive season last term. Harvey Elliott was handed a chance in the first team by Jurgen Klopp this term. But the youngster has missed a major chunk of the season after he picked up a horrible ankle injury back in September.

There were doubts among the Liverpool faithful whether Fabio Carvalho could be loaned our next term or not. But reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Liverpool have no plans to loan out the young forward. Fabrizio Romano tweeted:

“Liverpool won’t loan Fabio Carvalho out next season. He’s gonna be part of the first team as Jurgen Klopp is convinced he could become an important player very soon. Fulham wanted him to stay on loan but it’s never been an option, and Klopp is waiting for Carvalho.”

Fulham were keen to land Fabio Carvalho on loan for the next term as they plan their return to the Premier League. But Fabio Carvalho now looks set to join the Liverpool frontline. He will join the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mané, Roberto Firmino, Diogo Jota and Luis Díaz.

The 19-year-old will be hoping that he can continue his great form into the next term and breakthrough into the Liverpool team. While Liverpool have made yet another smart addition to their side and their future looks brighter than ever.
